Buddy was fostered by a reputable pug breeder in eastern Oregon until we could get him to us. He had been turned over to her from a shelter who rescued him from a home that let another dog attack him. As a result of those attacks, Buddy s completely blind. Below is a recent email from his new parents:

Buddy is the best dog in the world. He's adjusted so well to us and our apartment. He loves Greenies, walks, car rides, sitting on laps and following me around all day long. Buddy is one little comedian. I bought him a stuffed animal deer when we first got him (I swear it's bigger than he is!) and he carries it around the apt. all the time. He jumps on the sofa and on the bed by himself and hangs out with us all the time. We're so lucky to have him.

Thanks again for giving this special guy to us. Seriously, Buddy's all we ever talk about.
