Charlie
When we adopted 13 year old Charlie we thought we would be giving him a home where he could find happiness and peace during his “twilight years". HA! Within a couple of months Charlie went from being a skinny, skittish pug to a pudgy, gorgeous ball of energy. According to the information we have he is now 14, but I absolutely do not believe it. He has been the most wonderful addition to our home and runs circles around his 12 year old pug brother. We cannot imagine our lives without him.

Charlie loves to go for long walks, plays with his stuffed duck every night before bed and loves to play rough with his daddy in the evenings. It is said that senior rescues often come into a second puppyhood when adopted and it’s true. Every time we tell someone that Charlie is 14 they simply cannot believe it.

I know that adopting a senior pug is not as glamorous as adopting a pug puppy or young adult, but the seniors are the most loving and devoted pugs you will ever have. We love our seniors!
