I recently adopted Abby, and since then she has been the highlight of my day, everyday! She is the sweetest and most lovable (not to mention gorgeous!) dog I have ever known.
Since moving in she has become very outgoing and loves getting as much attention as she can. She demands there always be a lap for her to lie on, which of course she always gets! She loves going on walks, and gets excited every time I bring the leash out. She also loves riding in the car, because she knows that it means she is either going to the dog park or to the pet shop to get another toy (the owners already know he on a first name basis). I try to take her everywhere I go, which is easy since she's so adorable that pretty much any store will let her come in.
Her favorite part of the day however is whenever she gets to snuggle on someones lap. She always has to be lying ON TOP of the person and refuses to sleep/rest next to them. Even if the person is laying on their side she tries to sit on top, balancing uncomfortably until you give in and make room for her. It's hilarious how pushy she is, and whenever Michael and I try to sit down together she squeezes in between us to make sure she gets some snuggling action!
All my friends and family are absolutely head over heels for her, and always make comments of how jealous they are. Whenever they come over she is always the life of the party, and are always fighting over who's lap she gets to lie on (which of course she loves!). I am so thankful to have her in my life and can't thank pacific pug rescue enough by helping her find her way to into our home. I would also like to thank her foster parents, Julie and Michael for taking such good care for her. I can only imagine how hard it was to give up such a wonderful dog!
